Once you place your order through our website, we build the order, print a shipping label (either UPS or USPS). Once the carrier picks up the order and scans it into their system, an email will automatically be generated and sent to you with the tracking number etc. Note that our typical cut off time is 12 PM CST. Orders placed after that will likely ship the next business day.
You can only if the carrier has not yet picked up the package. If you wish to change your order, send an email to info@mysticbeverage.com We check this email regularly and will do our best and quickest to change your order prior to the carrier pick-up.
Sometimes the carrier does not scan the package in until they get back to the main facility or even the regional facility. If in doubt, wait 24 hours and then send an email to info@mysticbeverage.com. Include your first and last name.
If the package has not yet been picked up by the carrier, then Yes. Send an email to info@mysticbeverge.com requesting a cancellation and a refund. If the package has been picked up, then you cannot cancel. However, when you receive the package, you can, at your shipping cost, ship it back to the return address on the label. Upon receipt, we will issue a refund for the amount of the product, less the freight it cost us to ship it to you

Returns and Refunds: If you wish to return an unopened and unused Cannabis Infused Sparkling Water for any reason, please notify our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Once we receive the returned product in its original condition, we will initiate a refund for the purchase price, excluding any shipping charges or applicable fees.
Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges for Cannabis Infused Sparkling Water at this time. However, if you received a damaged or defective product, we will gladly replace it with a new one of the same flavor and potency. Please reach out to our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the product to initiate the exchange process.
Return Shipping: For approved returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.
